**Senior Executive IT Leadership Position**
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and leadership abilities to effectively manage IT operations.
### Technical Requirements
* Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy)
* Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
* Experience with Firewall, Endpoint Protection System (EPS), and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration
* Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
* Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
* Hands-on experience with database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL)
* Experience with IT security best practices, antivirus solutions, and data backup strategies
* Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with specific experience in any Education ERP or CAMU ERP being an extra benefit
* Experience with Google Apps (Workspace) administration and Office 365 administration, including Microsoft Exchange Online administration
* Knowledge and experience with CCTV and Access Control systems
* Experience with Meraki Wi-Fi administration
* Familiarity with CRM administration

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
