Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned X++ developer to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. This role will focus on designing, developing and customizing D365 F&O solutions using X++. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365 and experience with integrations, data migration and performance tuning.

The selected individual will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support complex business processes in a global automotive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as finance, supply chain and product information management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
