CyberArk L3 Support - A Technical Leadership Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a technical leader in Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution. You will work with large-scale customers across various industries, deploying and implementing the CyberArk solution.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate strong technical leadership and maintain a deep understanding of the CyberArk privileged account security suite. The ideal candidate will be able to utilize CyberArk PACLI to automate tasks related to user and safe management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and implement Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large-scale customers.
  • Demonstrate strong technical leadership in project execution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the CyberArk privileged account security suite – versions 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x.
  • Utilize CyberArk PACLI to automate tasks related to user and safe management.

In this role, you will also be responsible for capturing detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, ecosystem owners, target architecture, and high-level requirements. Additionally, you will design and architect the overall CyberArk implementation, perform compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes, and provide alerts and reports accordingly. Investigate, provide RCA, and resolve incidents.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration.
  • Strong grasp of network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools.
  • Experience working in on/offshore environments with a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes.
  • Customer service background, with the ability to empathize with customers and own issues to resolution.
