Job Description

This role offers the chance to lead planning, influencing, and executing marketing campaigns for Echo devices in India. You'll partner with central teams to drive category recall, develop GTM strategies, and own the marketing program for new product launches.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving launches for new product marketing, understanding consumers' triggers and barriers to purchase, and developing key elements of our marketing (site content, events). They'll also be involved in driving post-purchase engagement programs with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning creation of marketing programs to acquire new Echo customers
  • Conceptualizing, designing, and executing online marketing initiatives to extend awareness and drive Echo sales on Amazon.in
  • Developing, testing, and executing aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and authority
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and continuously improving programs and site initiatives
  • Developing category marketing calendars to fuel growth and accelerate the flywheel
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams, including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the shopping experience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹10 lakhs to ₹15 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
