Training and Development Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Training and Development Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of comprehensive training programs for our team members.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs.
  • Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end training curricula and SOPs, collaborating with NPD/R&D, and establishing learning management systems.
  • A strong grasp of makeup and skincare is essential, along with bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English.
  • Familiarity with data-driven analysis, advanced Excel skills, and learning management systems is also required.
