Job Title: Operational Intelligence Platform Engineer

As an operational intelligence platform engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing technical expertise in our operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows.
  • Taking a hands-on role in product integration to meet customer requirements.
  • Deploying our solution at customers, including understanding their data, workflow & analytics requirements.
  • Ensuring customers are adequately enabled for use, understanding & self-serve extensions of our capabilities.
  • Collaborating with sales teams and partners for pre-sales activities.
  • Owning design, development & execution plans for POC, leading to completion of deployment.
  • Improving product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience in coding with Python.
  • An engineering background or 5+ years of relevant hands-on coding experience.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CloudFormation Templates, and YAML.
  • Experience with designing SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data using Jupyter notebook.
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with networks (e.g. Data Center, WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi, DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing).
  • Familiarity with network analytics.
