Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in commercial business flows and integration projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing upgrades to RISE with SAP and managing third-party system integrations. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to deliver training and support knowledge adoption across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.

Bonus Points: Experience with SAP WM or EWM implementations or support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with strong awareness of regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with experience in commercial business flows and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience managing third-party integration projects and interface solutions.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver training and support knowledge adoption across business and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to provide structured resolutions.
