Senior FPGA Validation Engineer

This senior-level position focuses on ensuring the highest quality silicon products through thorough system-level testing and design validation.

FPGA Design Flow & Validation: Develop and implement efficient FPGA design flow and validation strategies to ensure seamless integration with other components.

RTL Design, Implementation, and Protocols: Design, implement, and validate RTL (Register-Transfer Level) designs, including protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR4/5, and Memory.

Integration-focused Role: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various components, focusing on system-level testing and silicon validation.

System-level Testing & Design: Conduct thorough system-level testing and design validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Silicon Validation: Validate silicon products to ensure they meet specifications and requirements.

Debugging Interfaces and Design-level Debugging: Identify and debug issues related to interfaces and design-level debugging.

Board-level Debugging: Perform board-level debugging, focusing on simple design and debugging.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in RTL design and implementation: Possess expertise in designing and implementing RTL circuits.
  • Expertise in FPGA design flow and validation: Have experience in developing and implementing FPGA design flow and validation strategies.
  • Experience with system-level testing and silicon validation: Proven track record of conducting system-level testing and silicon validation.
  • Hands-on exposure to debugging (board level & design level): Possess hands-on experience in debugging both board-level and design-level issues.
  • Familiarity with Xilinx / Intel toolchains: Be familiar with Xilinx and Intel toolchains, including their respective software development kits (SDKs).
  • Understanding of protocols: PCIe, Ethernet, DDR4/5, Memory: Have a solid understanding of various protocols, including PCIe, Ethernet, DDR4/5, and Memory.
