Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, fostering open communication and efficient workflows.
  • Establish and oversee the execution of validation plans, protocols, and procedures, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all aspects.
  • Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, providing transparent and auditable records.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to Quality Assurance and senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to foster growth and development.
