About the Role:

TrueBlue Inc. is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud expert to join our Enterprise Technology and Applications team. As an Application Engineer, Oracle Technical HCM Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing technical solutions for our Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to achieve defined business objectives.
  • Leverage expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM processes, application design/development/testing/deployment, and technical architecture.
  • Partner with functional consultants and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and deliver technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Act as internal technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud HCM, providing advanced technical support and guidance.
  • Manage configurations, integrations, data conversions, Fast Formulas, Reports, and Extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Oversee data integration and security with extended PaaS (Platform as a Service) applications.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Lead data cleansing and conversion activities, coordinating with source systems.
  • Recommend and advise on the utilization of Oracle Cloud tools for reporting, analytics, BI Publisher Reports, data conversions, and integrations.
  • Manage user roles and ensure appropriate controls and segregation of duties.
  • Develop and implement production and ad-hoc reporting solutions using various reporting tools to address complex business queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud technical systems analyst/developer.
  • In-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technologies like BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Conversions, etc.
  • Strong understanding of underlying Oracle HCM tables, data structures, integration points, and related technology processes.
  • Excellent analytical, data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving skills, particularly for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
