About the Role

The Operations Manager shall be responsible for the entire operations of the branch. This role involves managing all operations colleagues directly, including technicians, service planners, OE, and AOM. The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager and work as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure qualified and competent manpower is assigned jobs and deployed at sites.
  • Coach and train OEs and AOM to improve their technical and operational capabilities.
  • Evaluate service SOP compliance and quality of service delivery through effective supervision of the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.
  • 3-4 years of experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
