Acoustic Music Engineer

**Job Title:** Music & Audio Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Music & Audio Specialist to join our vibrant studio in Aurangabad, India.

About the Role:

We produce music for films, advertisements, and local artists, record tutorial videos for a growing YouTube channel with 105K+ subscribers, and support students with live performances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, edit, and mix audio tracks for various projects, including film scores, advertisements, and album recordings.
• Assist in acoustic music production across genres such as Rock, Folk, Blues, Singer-Songwriter, and Jazz.
• Manage microphone placement and recording sessions for multi-instrument setups, ensuring high-quality sound and optimal performance.
• Conduct research on the latest audio hardware and software to keep the studio up-to-date, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Operate Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), including Reaper (primary), Pro Tools, and Logic, to deliver exceptional results.
• Work with video editing for syncing audio and video, making clean cuts and fades, to create engaging visual content.
• Support the studio's YouTube channel by editing and syncing tutorial videos, helping to grow our online presence.
• Use groove making tools, stem splitting, and notation apps to support the music production process, streamlining workflows and enhancing creativity.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong passion and knowledge of music and audio production, with a focus on acoustic styles.
• Proficiency in audio engineering: recording, editing, and mixing, with experience working with microphone techniques and group instrument recording.
• Comfortable working with DAWs, preferably Reaper, Pro Tools, or Logic, with basic video editing skills related to A/V syncing and cutting.
• Ability to research and adapt to new music technology and software tools, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with musicians and content creators, building strong relationships and delivering excellent results.
