Job Title: Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant SCM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical consultant to support ongoing operations of our Oracle EBS 12.2.x platform.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle SCM, as well as strong troubleshooting capabilities in complex integrated environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects within set timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring and critical incidents.
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
  • Participate in CAB meetings and follow change control processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and resources for seamless issue management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technical consulting.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain modules.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities in complex integrated environments.
