Oracle EBS Consultant - Techno-Functional Expert

Job Description:
  • Implement and support Oracle EBS R12 modules with a focus on Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements through requirement gathering sessions, user workshops, and analysis.
  • Handle day-to-day production support activities, including issue analysis, debugging, and performing root cause analysis.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT support, and validation of business flows and customizations.
  • Develop and maintain technical components such as PL/SQL scripts, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain CEMLIs (Reports, Interfaces, Extensions, Conversions, and Workflows).

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay modules).
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder.
  • Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) customizations.
  • Good understanding and implementation experience of CEMLI components.
  • Experience in debugging complex issues and providing technical solutions for functional requirements.

 

Technical Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of business processes across O2C and P2P cycles.
  • Ability to work directly with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical/functional deliverables.
  • Strong documentation skills able to produce SOPs, training materials, and user manuals.
  • Proven ability to test business flows independently and support UAT.

 

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
