As a user experience and user interface designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital presence of our organization and ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for users across all platforms.

This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core product while also taking full ownership of our public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs and building complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites.

Key Responsibilities

Our team is seeking an experienced UX/UI designer with strong expertise in Webflow to join our dynamic team. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and managing the end-to-end process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translating complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
