We are looking for experienced UX Designers with expertise in designing web/mobile applications to join our rapidly expanding team across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable components and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying updated on the latest standards, changes, and trends in mobile design.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum environments.
  • Deep understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
