Requirements

You should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building distributed, cloud-native systems.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 8+ engineers.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performance technical environments.
  • Strong project and delivery management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building microservices and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Proficient in one or more backend stacks: Java, Python, Go, .Net.
  • Track record of scaling platforms to support high RPS with 99.99% uptime.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native tools and infrastructure: Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform.
