Maintenance Scheduler Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with scheduling software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule maintenance activities: Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
- Coordinate with teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify maintenance needs and develop schedules that meet business objectives.
- Monitor and report performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders on maintenance activity progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as industrial engineering or business administration.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance scheduling or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong computer skills and experience with scheduling software, such as Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
