Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships.

You will listen, empathize and help customers achieve their goals.

You will manage incoming chats and emails and handle appropriate follow-up chats and emails.

  • Address, resolve and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing and general account satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the value of Cradlewise to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess exceptional English communication skills, especially written.

They should have a positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly disposition.

The ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet is essential.

  • A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field is preferred.
  • Mad multi-tasking skills are required.
  • Flexibility is key as we are growing and evolving.
