Job Description

As a Microsoft Power Apps Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. Your expertise in software/application development and experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse are highly valued.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying custom business applications using Power Apps, automating workflows and processes using Power Automate, developing and managing data models with Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint lists, and ensuring UI/UX best practices for scalable and user-friendly app designs.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Apps applications and implement governance, security, and compliance standards within the Power Platform.

Mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices and reusable components are also essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of total professional experience in application/software development
  • 2+ years of hands-on development in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  • Proficiency in Power Automate for business process automation
  • Experience working with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and API integrations
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform administration, security roles, and licensing considerations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, or C# for extending Power Apps functionality (nice to have)
