We are located in Gurugram and aim to push the boundaries of textile design while creating compelling products.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Gurugram. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including team management, liaisoning with retail partners, project coordination, customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

The key responsibilities of this role include maintaining accounting records, inventory management, ensuring the studio's presentation is up to the highest standards, and facilitating communication between departments.

We are looking for an individual with a drive to build a direct to consumer brand with a thriving community. The ideal candidate should have lateral and dynamic thinking with high energy, as we are growing quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the studio
