About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR professional to join our team at Chaitanya India. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the regional team on HR-related matters.
  • Support the organization in managing attendance, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare and update reports related to HR activities.
  • Visit branch offices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • At least 2-6 years of experience in Recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR-related tasks and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
