About the Role

The E-commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for managing distribution operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining Order-Delivery KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Input order details into the order processing system with precision.
  • Monitor and track order status from entry to delivery and address GRN discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
  • Ensure high responsiveness to inquiries.
  • Address quality-related concerns and deviations.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for RTV and related operations alignments.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and concise written expression.
