About the Role

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven experience managing teams of software engineers in a fast-paced or agile environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies (terraform, Azure Blob, Azure functions, AKS) and scalable architecture
  • Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

Consideration will be given to candidates with experience working with distributed systems, performance tuning, large-scale data processing, DevOps practices, and tools like CI/CD, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
