About Position:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Specialist to drive revenue growth and deliver innovative solutions for global clients across various industries. This key role involves supporting pre-sales activities, developing strategic solutions, and engaging with technical and business audiences through compelling solution demonstrations and presentations.

  • Pre-Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into tailored solution proposals.
  • Deliver effective solution presentations to both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development:
  • Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
  • Develop a compelling solution pitch for internal and external audiences with the right go-to-market strategy.
Required Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related roles within the IT services and products industry.
  • Good understanding of ISV landscape, PE / VC value creation, and product engineering services.
  • Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
  • Good understanding of GenAI and Cloud computing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
