Content Strategist: Digital Transformation

Job Description

The Role:

As a Content Strategist at a leading organization, your main role will be to create high-quality training content for various digital transformation and cybersecurity programs designed specifically for diverse audiences.

Your job will be to ensure that content for these programs match the quality standards, follow industry trends, and meet the specific needs of the clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development & Review:
    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing for diverse audiences.
    • Develop assessments to evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
    • Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
    • Maintain and update content repository and Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Review content of other team members and freelance developers.
  • Product, Client, and Trainer Support:
    • Deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for both internal trainers and freelance trainers.
    • Facilitate client support activities by proper communication of issues within the organization.
    • Support trainers to prepare them for assigned trainings.
