Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead critical process and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across the region. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify compliance gaps at the country level, design targeted implementation projects, and drive their execution in collaboration with HR, Legal, Operational, and Functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Benchmarking: Stay current on trends, best practices, and emerging compliance processes by benchmarking with industry peers and professional organizations.
  • Compliance Readiness: Regularly audit and assess our compliance readiness against evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Lead or practitioner in a large-scale organization, managing complex compliance programs within a matrixed environment, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of complex HR-related labour legislations, statutory, regulatory, collective, industry, and/or professional compliance standards, with a focus on India and engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in Compliance Project management /Programme Manager or HR Operational leader.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, capable of inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering results within tight deadlines.
