Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled electrical maintenance specialist to oversee the upkeep of our electrical systems.

  • This individual will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities for all electrical equipment, including PLCs, motor drives, transformers, and VFD drives.
  • The successful candidate will perform routine checks and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other operational systems.
  • The electrical maintenance specialist will conduct testing and commissioning of new electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and replacements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably with PLC programming skills.
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.
  • A strong understanding of electrical systems, including distribution systems, motors, and transformers.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
