Job Overview:

  • As a seasoned Architect, you will be responsible for coordinating with concept design teams to create high complexity designs.
  • You will refine selected design options into schematic and draft final designs, including drawings and reports.
  • Cross-coordinate design requirements across disciplines for complex projects in all stages.
  • Work with stakeholders for design value engineering on complex projects.
  • Review and validate design deliverables with clients and authorities, capturing feedback and approvals.
  • Support tender document development, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and Conditions of Contract during the tender process.
  • Review design deliverables, conduct detailed checks, and issue checking reports.
  • Support project managers in work program development, man-hour estimates, and change management.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules.
  • Assist in managing contractual risks and external suppliers/subcontracts.
  • Monitor and manage project budget and schedule.
  • Develop periodic progress reports.
  • Implement quality control policies and procedures, conduct peer reviews, and provide support to team members.
  • Supervise projects, respond to RFIs, and resolve design conflicts.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field preferred
  • 10+ years of industry experience in architectural design
  • Strong experience in large and complex project designs
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in architectural design
  • Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
  • Exposure to global best practices and trends in architectural design
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail
