Identity and Access Management Lead

As a seasoned Identity and Access Management professional, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation and delivery of security services projects, focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful IAM project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an SME for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and operations, providing expertise in access management, compliance reporting, and IAM best practices.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including custom plugins and complex customizations.
  • Spearhead application integrations, including development of custom connectors, rules, reports, and workflows, utilizing BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, XML, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs, and SCIM.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables, leveraging experience with Service Standard Build (SSB) processes.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting, support, and resolution for IAM-related issues, applying knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and other enterprise data sources.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, developers, and application owners for requirements gathering, design, and ongoing support, championing automation, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction initiatives within the IAM domain.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (mandatory), with strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Hands-on expertise in programming languages, data structures, and security frameworks, including proficiency in multiple platforms and technologies.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and industry standards, as well as ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
