Senior Merchandise Planner

Key to our team's success is a skilled Category Alignment Space Management Analyst who acts as a liaison between merchant, cross-functional partners, and field organization. They are responsible for analyzing data to create planograms using JDA/Blue Yonder software and space management systems.
Job Overview:- Interpret and present the reasoning behind key decisions
Responsibilities include developing timely delivery of clear, concise playbooks to the planogram development team. This requires effective communication of merchandising strategy and category-specific details. Moreover, the role necessitates utilizing art and science to create data-driven customer lead decisions.
Skills also include demonstrating a fundamental understanding in the application of JDA/Blue Yonder software, Microsoft Office Suite, including Golden queries, required to build and maintain most common planograms.
They must be able to analyze and interpret data in developing a customer-centric approach to assigned merchandise categories, and facilitate ad hoc requests.
A strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills for technical and business issues are essential.
This role prioritizes optimal assortment and/or shelving information to support the goals of clients, customers, and company.
Strong merchandising and planogram development skills with the ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports are necessary.
