Business Development Professional

Job Summary:

The Business Development Professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to pursue them, and building relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and networking. Develop strategic plans to pursue these opportunities, including outlining the target market, competition, and potential revenue streams.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior-level executives. This will involve attending industry events, making cold calls, and conducting site visits to establish credibility and build trust.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This will involve analyzing market data, identifying key selling points, and creating persuasive pitches to secure new business.
  4. Account Management: Manage existing client relationships to ensure continued business growth and retention. This will involve regular communication, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
