Senior HR Business Partner

We're seeking a strategic HR professional to drive key initiatives and contribute to our organizational growth.

This pivotal role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, culture development, HR operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and internship management. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in planning engaging team experiences, streamlining processes, and enhancing our employer brand.

• Talent Acquisition: Own the hiring process from end-to-end, attracting top talent and developing comprehensive onboarding programs.
• Culture Development: Cultivate a thriving company culture by planning engaging and fun team experiences that foster connection and morale.
• HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance, and work to streamline processes to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
• L&D Initiatives: Support and contribute to L&D initiatives, helping employees grow their skills and careers within the organization.
• Internship Management: Manage and nurture the internship program, providing valuable experiences for emerging talent.
• Employer Branding: Actively contribute to boosting our employer brand, making the company an employer of choice.

• Proven experience in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of fostering positive company culture and employee engagement.
• Familiarity with core HR operations.
• Experience or interest in L&D and managing internship programs.
• Ability to plan and execute engaging team experiences.
• A knack for streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
• Understanding of strategies to boost employer brand.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
