Senior Business Intelligence Developer

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the industry. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct an analysis of the criticality, usage, and design of existing BI dashboards within the client's environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to agree upon and co-author design principles for re-modelling activities.
- Review and provide input on high-level designs for Looker projects and data models.
- Prioritize and plan efforts for re-modelling BI dashboards/explore on the Redshift platform.
- Work jointly with the AWS Business Analyst to scope the Looker re-modelling work based on prioritized dashboarding requirements.
- Perform hands-on Looker re-modelling tasks and support show & tell sessions with business stakeholders.
- Update the relevant data dictionary to reflect Looker data models and attributes.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and enablement activities for the client's operations team regarding the re-modelling efforts.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience required.
- Client Facing Experience: Proven track record of working with clients.
- In-Depth Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the domain industry and business environment.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
