Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our Enterprise TruRisk Platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering roadmap features and ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team of engineers and architects who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation. You'll have the chance to work closely with your colleagues to prototype, design, develop, and support a highly scalable, distributed SaaS-based Security Risk Prioritization product.

The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in data platforms and pipelines, as well as risk evaluation. They'll provide technical leadership on data platform design, roll out, and evolution, liaising with product teams, professional services, and sales engineers on solution reviews and representing engineering in conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data platforms and pipelines
  • Provide technical leadership on data platform design and roll out

  • Serve as a technical lead on cross-functional departments
  • Ensure quality of architecture and design of systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 8+ years of total experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in design and architecture of Big Data solutions using Spark
  • 3+ years of experience working with engineering resources for innovation
  • 4+ years of experience understanding Big Data events flow pipeline
  • 3+ years of experience in performance testing for large infrastructure
  • In-depth experience with search solutions (Solr/Elastic)
  • 3+ years of experience with Kafka
  • In-depth experience with Data lakes and related ecosystems
  • In-depth experience with message queues
  • In-depth experience giving requirements for scalable architectures for Big Data and Micro-services environments
  • In-depth experience with caching components or services
  • Knowledge of Presto technology
  • Knowledge of Airflow
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation
  • In-depth understanding of RDBMS/NoSQL, Oracle, Cassandra, Kafka, Redis, Hadoop, lambda architecture, kappa, kappa ++ architectures with Flink data streaming and rule engines
  • Experience with ML models engineering and deployment
  • Design and implement secure Big Data clusters meeting compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading delivery of large-scale systems focused on infrastructure layer management
  • Strong experience in performance benchmarking testing for Big Data technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience leading development life cycle process and best practices
  • Experience with Big Data services administration
  • Experience with Agile Management (SCRUM, RUP, XP), OO Modeling, internet, UNIX, Middleware, and database-related projects
  • Experience mentoring/training engineering community on complex technical issues
  • Project management experience
