Job Title: Data Architect

As a Data Architect, you will lead data-driven projects with a strong understanding of data architecture and models.

  • Expertise in data modeling paradigms such as Kimball, Inmon, Data Marts, Data Vault, and Medallion is required.
  • Experience with cloud-based data strategies and big data technologies, particularly AWS Preferred, is highly valued.
  • Designs data pipelines for ETL with expertise in ingestion, transformation, and data quality.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and proficiency in PostGreSQL development, query optimization, and designing indexes are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to manipulate intermediate to complex-level SQL and apply advanced statistical concepts through SQL.
  • Knowledge of Postgres PL/SQL for working with complex warehouse workflows.
  • Experience with advanced SQL concepts, including RANK and DENSE_RANK, and applying statistical concepts through SQL.
  • Desirable skills include PostGres SQL extensions like PostGIS and expertise in writing ETL pipelines combining Python and SQL.
  • Understanding of data manipulation libraries in Python, such as Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB, and experience in designing data visualization with tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
