Key School Administrator Role

\

The Head of Administration is a critical position that ensures the effective functioning of all schools within their purview. This key role involves managing administrative tasks, infrastructure, and staff to create a safe and conducive environment.

\

Main Responsibilities:

\
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including infrastructure, to ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff.\
  • Develop and implement plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with business objectives.\
  • Establish quality standards for services such as transport, catering, security, uniforms, and other essential school functions.\
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and enhance the school's image through effective communication and issue-resolution skills.\
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, field trips, and other events in a timely and efficient manner.\
  • Present regular Management Information System (MIS) reports to the Principal.\
  • Maintain functional relationships with the Vice-Principal and Principal through regular interactions and management by walking around (MBWA).\
  • Bring urgent and important issues to the Principal's attention promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.\
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience, with at least 2 years in education industry.\
  • MBA – Finance/Marketing/Operations.\
  • Experience in education, telecom, insurance, retail, or IT training sectors.
\
