Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to handle day-to-day operations, facility management, and administrative tasks.

This role will be responsible for handling shipments, filing documents, coordinating processes, and managing import and export activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Handling international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Filing BOE and invoice endorsements, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative assistance.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinating bonding and de-bonding processes, zone-to-zone transfers, and IUT BOE filing and endorsement.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
