Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for our biologicals and carbon businesses.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing, particularly in the agri/rural domain, with a proven track record in brand management, marcomm, market research, and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Managing leads through on-ground campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with product managers and external agencies to create high-quality content.
  • Guiding graphic designers, marcom executives, and digital marketing executives to deliver results.

The role requires strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office Suite.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA in Marketing or Agri-business Management from a reputable institution.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in marketing, with a focus on the agri/rural domain.
  • An excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A learning and problem-solving attitude.
