Electronics Engineers Wanted: Power Solutions Specialist

We are looking for experienced Electronics Engineers to join our team as a Power Solutions Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high current mid-voltage regulators and contribute to the development of optimized power package solutions.

About the Role:

">
  • Work with design teams to understand design specifications and develop test plans, create test and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data, analyze silicon results, and support failure analysis tasks.
  • Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues, optimize test time, and collaborate with production teams to release products to volume production.
  • Develop test strategies and implement them for new DCDC converter products, build and maintain a knowledge base of ATE test hardware and software, and drive for robust and cost-effective test solutions while ensuring product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects.

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in ATE, electronic devices, and circuits, and analog test techniques.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and analog test techniques, data analysis skills using Spotfire or equivalent tool based on STDF.
  • Experience with various lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, sourcemeters, loads, etc., and experience with product engineering activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction.
  • Strong understanding of the IC product development process from concept to volume production.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mixed signal test techniques and experience with developing mixed-signal tests on ATE, especially Power Products.
  • Experience with test program and hardware offload to offshore manufacturing sites.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting in C++, Python, C#.
  • Revision control tools experience.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery, demonstrated ability to build strong influential relationships, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
