Leadership Position: Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned engineering manager with 10+ years of experience and proven leadership skills to spearhead multiple projects simultaneously, build and manage diverse teams, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine product development, testing, and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • Team Leadership: Manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel to drive project success.
  • Industry Expertise: Possess experience working in the fintech industry, leveraging expertise to drive innovation and growth.
  • Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, optimize resources, and enhance overall process efficiency.

  • Expertise: Advanced knowledge of sector technology and processes, with a focus on driving innovation and excellence.
  • Management Skills: Proven track record of effective personnel and project management, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and execution.
