Production Director Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits for space and defense customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic quality and quantity objectives.
  • Develop proactive methods to address potential quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives, enhance productivity, and effectively utilize available resources to drive business growth.
  • Manage a large team comprising senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate export sales and meet sales plan targets in line with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills, driving informed decision-making.
