Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10-18 years of experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain – preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or building materials industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams, handling regional P&L, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
