Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the Beauty Department, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

This position requires strong technical expertise in skin & hair services, sales acumen, and team leadership skills to ensure client delight and business success.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve sales targets by promoting upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Customer Excellence

  • Maintain high service standards with an NPS of > 90%.
  • Conduct client consultations and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Ensure timely package execution and follow-ups.

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
  • Track product consumption and manage stock effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team.
  • Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances.
