Accounts Receivable Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate records.
- Apart from this, the candidate should have experience in making outbound calls to delinquent accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and negotiating payment plans with customers.
In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate must also be proficient in Collections Process Management Software, have knowledge of financial regulations, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, with a proven track record of success in collections and customer service.
