Oracle Database Administrator Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle DBA with expertise in Grid Installation and Upgradation, as well as a strong understanding of Oracle RAC, Performance Tuning, Dataguard, and Golden Gate.

Responsibilities

  • Expert level understanding of Oracle database architecture, including knowledge of complexity across Servers, OS, network, and storage layer.
  • Experience working with various teams to resolve performance issues, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues from SQL to Application to Database to System to Storage.
  • Specialized in Oracle RAC, with exposure to work on Oracle Engineered systems like Exadata, SSC box & ExaCM.
  • SQL tuning skill and experience refactoring sql queries to improve performance, with good communication and ability to work under pressure in production environment.
  • Complete understanding of Oracle database's backup recovery options, with expertise in HA features and DB Migration and performance tuning.

Qualifications

18+ Years of experience, preferably in Telecom or BFSI companies.
