Quantitative Researcher

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Researcher to lead our investment strategy and data analysis. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement quantitative models, conduct data analysis, and collaborate with our engineering and product teams to operationalize models.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quantitative research strategies to drive investment objectives
  • Design and test advanced statistical models and algorithms for portfolio construction, optimization, and risk management
  • Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and inform investment decisions
  • Mentor and manage a team of quant researchers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Present research findings and insights to internal stakeholders and clients

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Develop, test, and iterate on quantitative research strategies to align with investment objectives
  2. Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights and inform investment decisions
  3. Model Development: Design and test advanced statistical models and algorithms for portfolio construction, optimization, and risk management
  4. Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of quant researchers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in quantitative investment research and data modeling
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quantitative research strategies
  • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field from a reputable institution
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience working with engineering, MLOps, and data science teams to deploy models and ensure seamless integration into production environments
