Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Developer with 1-2 years of experience and strong expertise in Next.js to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, project ownership mindset, and emerging leadership qualities.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver responsive, high-quality user interfaces that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js with pixel-perfect precision.
  • Develop reusable components and front-end libraries that scale with our growing product.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Integrate frontend components seamlessly with REST APIs.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet industry standards.
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.
Ownership & Leadership:
  • Take full ownership of assigned features from conception to deployment.
  • Proactively identify and solve technical challenges before they impact the team.
  • Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture and tooling choices.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to sprint planning and project estimation with accurate timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
    • 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience with demonstrable Next.js expertise.
    • Strong proficiency with React.js fundamentals and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
    • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
    • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns.
    • Proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.
    • Experience with frontend build tools and modern development workflows.
  • Professional Qualities:
    • Exceptional attention to detail with a perfectionist mindset for UI implementation.
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
    • Leadership potential demonstrated through initiative-taking and problem-solving.
