We seek a highly skilled Cloud and DevOps specialist to drive business success through innovative infrastructure design.

Impact

The specialist will leverage their technical expertise to develop scalable infrastructure platforms, enabling seamless application support and production farm management. They will also design and implement efficient systems architecture, establish best practices, and cultivate thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing container-based environment topologies following well-architected framework principles.
  • Implementing advanced aspects using Service Mesh technologies like Istio, Linkerd, and Kuma.
  • Infrastructure automation using Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, ARM, and Cloud Formation.
  • Build tools such as Ant, Maven, Make, and Gradle, and artifact repositories like Nexus and JFrog Artifactory.
  • CI/CD tools on-premises/cloud, monitoring, logging, and security solutions.
  • Scripting languages including Python, Bash, Shell, and hands-on experience in designing pipelines and end-to-end deployment processes.
  • Good exposure to container-based infrastructure tools and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS/AZURE, computing, networks, IAM, security, and integration services, with knowledge of reliability requirements, business continuity, performance objectives, security requirements, and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • 9-12 years of experience in DevOps with a bachelor's in engineering/technology or master's in engineering/computer applications.
  • Expertise in DevOps & Cloud tools: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Version Control (Git, Gitlab, GitHub), Container Infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, Hosted solutions).
  • Ability to estimate setup time for infrastructure and build/release activities.
  • Working knowledge of Linux Operating System and scripting skills in BASH, Python, Perl, Ruby.
  • Certification in any cloud (Architect or Professional) is desirable.

  • Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills and HA/DR design on Cloud platform as per SLAs/RTO/RPO.
  • Good working knowledge of migrations tools available with cloud vendors and independent providers.

How to Stand Out

  • Understanding of one DBMS like MySQL, Oracle, or No SQL like Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.
  • Capacity Planning and Infrastructure estimations.
  • Working understanding of scripting in BASH, Python, Perl, Ruby.
