Machine Learning Engineer

As a seasoned Machine Learning professional, you will refine predictive models at the direction of senior leadership. Your expertise will serve the data-driven organization, focusing on analytics and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies reported by stakeholders, including engineers and analysts.
  • Extract and analyze data from various sources for model development, manipulating data in programming languages and creating informative visualizations.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure efficient data flow to end consumers for consumption and analysis.
  • Monitor and adjust existing predictive models for performance at the direction of the team.

A successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in machine learning and possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, data engineering, and software development. The ideal candidate will be able to design and implement scalable machine learning solutions, leveraging open-source technologies and cloud-based platforms.

The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive data-driven decision making. They will also contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for machine learning engineering within the organization.

In addition to technical expertise, this role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. The candidate will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
